Mark Griffin (born 19 October 1985) is a Scottish Labour Party Member of the Scottish Parliament, representing the Central Scotland region.[1]
Mark is also a North Lanarkshire Councillor.[2]
Mark was one of many councilliors who when elected to the Scottish Parliament elected to continue without receiving his council salary.
Upon his election at the age of 25, Mark became not only the youngest MSP of the current Parliament, but the youngest in the history of the Parliament..[3]
He sits on the Local Government and Regeneration Committee..[4]
